Growth technology
Moss can be grown in liquid and on solid media. For large scale productions we also benefit from liquid growth in bioreactors
Facilities
– Growth chambers for solid and small (<20ml) liquid cultures
– Bioreactors systems for up to 20 L cultures
– All bioreactors utilize LED lights
Transformation technology
We recently established a novel transformation technology based on the well establish Gibson assembly technology from yeast. Since the technology is based on public knowledge on transformation associated recombination, it enables us to make several novel production lines in one transformation event.
